شرکت گل سبز فرداد میثاق (با نام تجاری گل سبز میثاق) عضو سازمان نظام مهندسی کشاورزی و دارای رتبه پیمانکاری فعالیت خود را از سال 1372 در زمینه ساخت و اجرای پروژه های گلخانه ­سازی و تجهیزات گلخانه و مکانیزه نمودن بخشهای کشاورزی آغاز نمود تا اینکه در سال 1379 به عنوان برترین سازنده مفتخر به دریافت تائیده ساخت گلخانه از سازمان بین المللی فائو گردید .

شرکت گلخانه سازی گل سبز فرداد میثاق با 24 سال تجربه گلخانه سازی طی سال های گذشته 769290 متر گلخانه در 30 شهر ایران و کشورهای امارات، ترکمنستان، قزاقستان و عراق اجرا و صادرات نموده است.

مقدمه

گلخانه محلی است که در آن شرایط محیطی شامل :دما، نور و رطوبت قابل کنترل است هدف از احداث گلخانه پرورش محصولات در خارج از فصل، صرفه ­جویی در میزان مصرف آب، استفاده از بذر و خاک با کیفیت بالا به منظور دست یابی به حداکثر سوددهی است.

مزایای کشت گلخانه ای

الف- افزایش تولید در واحد سطح

ب- تولید بیش از یک محصول درسال

ت- صرفه جویی در مصرف آب ((با روش آبیاری تحت فشار))

ث- افزایش کیفیت محصول تولیدی

ج- استفاده از اراضی غیر قابل کشت با سیستم هیدروپونیک

استاندارها و محاسبات

سازه های جدید مجموعه گل سبز فرداد میثاق (GSM) با تکیه بر دانش داخلی طراحی و ساخته شده است. تمام اسکلت گلخانه ­ها گالوانیزه گرم و پرتابل و دومنتاژ بوده و تلفیقی از تکنولوژی روز اروپا و تولیدات داخلی است. ارتفاع و عرض دهانه بنا به نوع کشت متفاوت بوده و مقاومت سازه فوق از نظر مهندسی لزوما باید متحمل شرایط زیر باشد:

الف-بار برف 20 کیلوگرم در متر مریع، معادل 20 سانتیمتر ضخامت برف

ب- بار باد 120 کیلومتر در ساعت “در صورت بسته بودن پنجره ها”

ت- مقاومت سازه در مقابل وزن محصولات گلخانه ای برابر 40 کیلو گرم در متر مربع

جهت تهویه مناسب پنجره های کناری به 1/5 متر در طرفین و سیستم پد و فن در ابتدا و انتهای گلخانه و پنجره سقفی سراسری از راس سقف گلخانه تا 1/5 متر بالای ناودانی “آب­رو ها” تعبیه می­شود. پوشش این سازه از پلاستیک anti UV حداقل دارای 3 ماده موثر و ضد عرق و در مکانهای سردسیر و کم نور استفاده از پوشش پلی­کربنات دو جداره 6 میلی متری پیشنهاد میشود. جریان دما و انرژی این سازه به صورت پیوسته بوده و مزایای استفاده از این استاندارد ها به شرح زیر می­باشد:

الف – کاهش هزینه ­های جاری تولید

ب – کنترل بهتر شرایط محیطی

پ – افزایش طول دوره رشد گیاهان و مخصوصا سبزیجات و میوه­ها

Introduction
Greenhouse is defined a place where environmental conditions including temperature, light and humidity can be controlled and the main purpose for construction of greenhouses is off-season growing crops and vegetables as well as saving water and using high quality seed and soil in order to achieve maximum profitability.

Standards and Calculations
The new greenhouse structures by GSM which have inspired from domestic knowledge have incorporated hot and portable dip galvanized skeleton and is a combination of state-of-art technologies in Europe and Iran. Their height and width varies with planting type and structure should resistance following loads according to engineering standards.
A٫ Snow load of 20 kg/m2, equivalent to 20 cm snow thickness
B٫ Wind load of120km/hr (If the windows are closed)
C٫ Structural strength against greenhouse crops weight is 40 kg/m2
In order to make suitable ventilation side windows in 1.5 meters and pad and fan system in beginning and end of greenhouse are established and ceiling fans from the base to 1.5 meters above the studs are embedded. The structure is covered by anti-VU plastic with at least 3 active and anti-sweat substances in cold and low-light area and for this polycarbonate double coating with 6mm thickness is recommended. Temperature and energy direction for these structures is continuous and main advantages of these standards are as below:
